Every program planning to run in-person for summer 2021 may find their camp playing offense or defense with the media. This session will include an overview of what we learned from summer 2020, how we helped camps that reached out (without naming names), and key takeaways as ACA preps for next summer. Get up-to-date on anticipating crisis, identifying your spokesperson, determining your audiences, and establishing standards for monitoring and receiving notifications surrounding potential crisis.
